We take very seriously the protection of your personal data. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact information

When you contact us through the Website or via e-mail, your data will be collected and stored for six months in order to process the request and further enquiries. We will not transfer this data to third parties without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchase process and for subsequent contract processing, the Webpage operator in the context of cookies stores the IP data of the connection holder, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer. In addition, we will store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: Name, address and credit card information. The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract. Your data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card information to the banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, the Transport Company/ Shipping Company in charge of delivering the goods and our tax advisors to fulfil our tax obligations.
After a purchase process has been cancelled, the stored data will be deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). The information: Name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored up to the end of the product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 par. 3 TKG and article 6 par. 1 lit. A (consent) and/or lit. B (required for the fulfilment of a contract) of the DSGVO.

Cookies

Our Website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are pieces of data that a website can transfer to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping. We use functions of the Web analysis service Google Ads, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA to collect information about how our visitors use and navigate this website. The cookies collect information such as the number of visitors to the site, which pages they visited and whereabouts they came to the site from. This information is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. The relationship to the Web analytics provider is based on the 'private shield' contract with the US.
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 par. 3 TKG and article 6 par. 1 lit. A (consent) and/or F (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in the sense of DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is anonymized. The user data will be saved for a period of 18 months.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration of agreement with the subscription to the newsletter. In order to provide you with information in a targeted manner, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, birthday and postal code. Once you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: office@schuetz-antik.com. We will then immediately delete the information provided for the newsletter purposes. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing due to approval until the revocation.

Your Rights

You are in principle entitled to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and reclaim regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the Data protection law or your privacy claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to us or to the Data protection authority.
